Wed, June 15th - I had a different PTA today and I was not very happy. The fact is, I still walk with a limp on my right leg.
I. Can't. Help. It.
Is it habit? Possibly. It is also that I don't want to twist my knee because that may end in my tripping and falling. Anyways. You know how when you were a little kid and you would run in the halls, a teacher would make you turn around and walk back. Well, I felt like I was in grade school. This new PTA chick would make me turn around if I walked with a limp and make me walk back normal. I had to do this like five times.
I usually don't go on Wednesdays. Now I know why.
Thurs, June 16th - Yay! I got my old PTA girl back. Physical Therapy has been a breeze lately. They increased my weight on the leg press (to 120) and leg curls (to 50). Then they added this death trap...
You stand on one foot (my bad rt leg), throw the ball at the trampoline, it returns and you have to catch it. My first attempt, the ball comes at me and I didn't catch it early enough and it hits me in my chest. I'm lucky I didn't leave PT on a stretcher! After that, I got the hang of it.
Sat, June 18th - Normal. Uneventful PT Day.
