Day 1 and Day 2 of P90X

Jeremy and I bought the P90X® Peak Results Package from Beachbody last week using my Beachbody Coach's discount! 
We started on Monday and so far so good. There are three 'different' ways to go with the DVDs. You got your Classic, Double's or Lean 90-day workout. Jeremy is doing the Classic and since I was a little intimidated I chose to do the Lean.

Yesterday - Day 1 - workout was Core Synergistics. It was a little tough and I had some back trouble while doing some of the core stuff but I got through it and I feel it. It's not terrible next day pain but my mid-section is a tad sore.

Today - Day 2 - workout was Cardio X. This was too simple. There was some yoga in there that threw me off a little beacause I had to stop and figure out what the hell Mr. Tony was doing but the workout itself was TOO easy. It was 45 minutes and I only burned max 200 calories.

I am starting to think that I should have gone the Classic route. BUT I don't want to become beasty, just lose the flab!

Tomorrow is Legs. I have a feeling that will be a tad difficult! Wish me luck.
