Q: What will the weekly challenge consist of?
A: The weekly challenge will vary each week. It will be centered around a better you and healthier living. Sometimes it will be food related, exercise related or something to get you to think outside the box.
Q: Do you give us workout plans to or is this mainly a personal thing?
A: For the most part it will be a personal thing. YOU will be challenging yourself on a day-to-day basis. I wish I could be there to yell in your ear and personally make you get your rear in gear but I'm not. I will be posting my exercises and healthy eating every once in a while to let you know I am doing my part and I will be sending out motivation to you all via email, twitter, blogs or Facebook.
Q: Are the Weekly Challenges optional?
A: YES! If you don't like the challenge or you just don't have the time to do it, you are not obligated. BUT, every 20 points will earn you an extra 1% towards your end percentage lost.
Q: How do we let you know about our completed Weekly Challenges?
A: If you have a blog you can post it there and leave a comment on the Challenge post with a link back to your blog. OR if you don't have a blog you can either post it in a comment or send me an email and if you want I can post to my blog on your behalf.
Q: When should I check your blog for updates?
A: Sunday's and Monday's! Sunday for the weekly results and Monday for the Challenges. If there are other things I post during the week, I will email everyone!
Q: What is the winner's prize?
A: I'm not exactly sure yet. It may be something from Beachbody, random prizes, etc. or just cash! I'm not sure. I promise it will be good. I have some friends participating that live close so it I could do something for around where I live for those peeps. (If you have any suggestions, please let me know!)
