Sunday Weigh-In (A Couple Days Behind)

It is time to get myself motivated. I have 6 weeks until the New Year and I have 23 pounds to lose before Jan 1 2009!! That equals out to about 4 pounds a week. I know unrealistic but I can do it!

Week 1 - 133 pounds

My workout plan:
Monday - Turbo
Tuesday - 1 hr. of running/walking (since I can't go to the 530 am class of Turbo! Hubby Works!!)
Wednesday - Turbo
Thursday - 1 hr. of running/walking (since I can't go to the 530 am class of Turbo! Hubby Works!!)
Friday - 1 hr. of running/walking
Saturday - Turbo
Sunday - RELAX!

Plus...the days of being semi-anorexia!
