I have an iPod Touch and I heart it!! Yesterday it has decided to malfunction and now I just want to throw it out the f'in window!! I called iPod support and I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had about 45-days left on my warranty but I had to pay for shipping $31 so I just bought the additional 1-year warranty $62 w/ free shipping...make sense right?
The stupid thing won't turn on unless it is plugged into the charger. It blinks the Apple logo when it is not plugged in - kinda like the blue-screen-of-death on a computer. So, I will have to be without my iPod for 10 days. (So the guy said.) Hopefully, I will get it back like brand-new.
I paid $400 for the thing just a year ago. I.NEED.MY.iPOD.
